Today's world is characterized by war and rumors of war and its attendant problem of displaced persons has become a global phenomenon.

CENPIREDPersons is a response to this great challenge. Displaced persons from conflict zones if not completely re-assimilated, reinvigorated, reformed and finally rejuvenated and relocated where necessary, rebel leaders and any body who wants to ferment trouble or create conflict finds them cheap to recruit as gun men and children haven been displaced from previous conflict.

They have lost their certificate, jobs and families, so life means nothing to them. Not until these groups of people are adequately rehabilitated, wherein meaning is given to their lives again, they certainly will not see the use to stay alive and since they may not want to commit suicide, they give themselves to fighting. One of the major reasons why conflict in Africa has taken a cyclical feature and peace almost elusive is as a result of not rehabilitating displaced persons from conflict zones.

Ours is to seek to stop at the earliest possible stage, situations that could produce conflict, and to try through diplomacy to remove the sources of danger such as bad governance and avert the problems of poverty, refugee, displaced persons and migrations of people beyond borders, which are the consequences of conflict.

To resolve issues that have led to conflict.

To address the deepest causes of conflict: economic despair, social injustice, political oppression, resource allocation, boundary adjustment, power distribution, all of these will be taken care of if bad governance is checked and good governance put in place.
